Chairman- ADELEKE TOLA ODUDE ; B A, FCIIN

Mr. Adeleke Odude, is a highly articulate and amiable man of many unusual accomplishments, with diverse top-level viable connections both in the private and public sectors and is a product of the prestigious Government College Ibadan, popularly known as GCI, a school reputed to have raised most of the thoroughbred captains of Industries, Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA’s) in Nigeria and the diaspora.

He holds a B.A (Hons) in History & Philosophy from the University of Lagos. He is Founder and Pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive LEKTOL INSURANCE BROKERS which he established in 1990 and is still robustly active in Insurance business brokerage for almost 30 years now.

A dynamic Insurance Consultant to several reputable blue-chip companies, he began his career with Femi Johnson & Co. Insurance Brokers, Ibadan in 1982 as an Assistant Manager and worked his way up to Manager {Executive Support} in 1987 before joining CAPITAL INSURANCE BROKERS as General Manager/Chief Executive in 1987 through 1990.
He resigned from Capital Insurance Brokers after just 3 years and having attended several courses in Oil & Energy, Risk Management; Marketing etc both in Nigeria and Overseas, through which he acquired a lot of professional experience, with which he ventured into his own business entity ownership.

He his a practicing Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria {CIIN} and an Associate of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, where he has served in many capacities including; Member, Publications/Publicity Committee Member, AGM/National Insurance Conference Committee Member, Building Committee Member, NCRIB 50th Anniversary/Book Launch {Ad Hoc} He is an active member of a number of prestigious Clubs including; Ikeja Golf Club where he chaired the Five Years Rolling Plan committee; IBB International Golf & Country Club; Ijebu Front liners Club as Past Club Chief and currently Honorary President, Business Club Ikeja (BCI) having served over the years as Honorary Secretary and Honorary Vice President.
